While the pipes are being loaded and transported, the ground should not be hit, especially the screws at both ends should be careful.
The protector on the threads of the male head should not be removed until the pipe is lowered into the well.
When the pipes are to be laid, they should be carefully checked and pipes with visible defects should not be installed.
A pipe suitable for the pump to be used should be selected, and the diameter of the well to be drilled should be suitable for this pipe.
Selection of pumps should be according to internal diemeter of pipes.
Vertical shaft pumps or parts related to pump connections should not be placed on pipes.
For easy entry of pipe threads, grease etc. oils should not be used, water and soap are sufficient.
Glue should not be applied to keep the pipe threads well. The glue spoils the threads and melts the pipe.
Appropriate tools that do not damage the pipes, such as a belt tightening wrench, should be used in the pipe assembly.
A centering spring should be used every 8 m for the pipes to stand upright in the well. Particular attention should be paid to having one in the lowest closed pipe.
If the pipe moves slowly while descending into the well, well mud should be filled into the pipe with a bucket, and the pipe should not be hit.
If the pipe is attached to the well, it should not be hammered, it should be pulled back and released again, if the pipe does not descend, the well should be dredged with a drill and then the pipe should be lowered into the well again.
After the pipe touches the bottom of the well, it should be pulled up at least 10 cm and suspended and kept suspended in order for the pipe to stand upright until the graveling is finished.
A sheet metal pipe should be placed outside the PVC well equipment pipe at the well mouth and the pump should be placed on this pipe. The pump should not be carried to the PVC equipment pipe. (This also disrupts the graveling pattern).
The gravel should be thrown with a shovel continuously and evenly and regularly around the equipment pipe. Thus, the pipe is kept upright.
Particular attention should be paid to preventing gravel from bridging in silty land. If silt comes from the well but the gravel level does not decrease, it means that the bridge has been built. Take precautions and try to feed pebbles. Otherwise, your well will collapse.
Pipes that will wait until they are used should be placed on wooden wedges, covered and protected in the shade.
Scientific documents and technical information should be used in drilling the wells at every stage from locating to pipe selection.
